Airtightness test
This non-destructive testing method, which involves applying pressure or flow to a product cavity and monitoring its changes, accurately assesses whether its sealing performance meets standards. It is widely used in automotive parts, medical devices, and electronic products.

  • Ultrasonic water testing

The workpiece is immersed in a water tank, and the presence of continuous air bubbles is measured. Ultrasonic waves are used to precisely capture and pinpoint the leak point by detecting these bubbles. This method is widely used for sealing components in plastics and corrosion-resistant metals with cavities, achieving a detection accuracy of up to 1.0*10⁻⁵ mbar*l/s.

  • Rapid vacuum helium detection system

Vacuuming time is reduced by 40% compared to traditional equipment; leak rate accuracy reaches 1.0×10⁻⁸ mbar・L/s; 98% helium recovery rate significantly reduces consumable costs; 10%-99% adjustable detection concentration adapts to batch testing in multiple scenarios.

  • Differential pressure test

Clean air is introduced into the workpiece under test, and leakage is determined by measuring the internal pressure decay using a high-precision sensor.Supports SCCM leakage rate range of 0.01~0.1, with low cost, high efficiency and easy automation.
