The hot plate surface is coated with a Teflon or other non-stick coating, and the demolding stroke and speed are optimized to effectively prevent workpiece stringing or deformation, thereby improving product yield and appearance quality.

A laser displacement sensor is used to monitor the melting depth in real time to ensure batch consistency.With the quick-change mold system, production line changes can be completed in minutes, adapting to flexible production needs.
