1. Type IV Hydrogen Storage Cylinder Production Line Solution

The entire process, from injection molding to winding curing and packaging, is mechanized, with approximately 26 individual machines combined into a complete production line. It integrates core processes such as intelligent assembly and inspection of bottle ports , infrared welding , and carbon fiber winding , and is equipped with a comprehensive quality inspection system encompassing curing , spraying , hydrogen leak testing , and functional testing . Efficient logistics are achieved through automated robotic loading and unloading and AGV intelligent handling . Combined with precision assembly processes for pipes and valves, this forms a complete intelligent production line covering production, inspection, and transportation , ensuring high safety, high sealing, and stable performance of hydrogen storage cylinders, meeting the high-standard manufacturing requirements of the hydrogen energy sector.

 

2. Type IV Hydrogen Storage Cylinder Winding Machine

It adopts a gantry-type three-position dual-drive main frame design and is equipped with a carbon fiber /glass fiber winding system . It integrates servo tension control and electronic yarn trough to ensure high precision and consistency of fiber winding. It has a built-in constant temperature impregnation system and a 5-axis feeding trolley , combined with automatic yarn cutting and threading functions, to achieve continuous and efficient operation; it is equipped with an automatic gas inflation and pressure stabilization system to optimize the stability of the winding process, and integrates an automatic labeling and weighing system to complete closed-loop management of production data, comprehensively improving the winding strength and production efficiency of hydrogen storage cylinders;

3. Plastic inner liner welding machine

Employing an infrared rotary welding system and equipped with a servo-driven automatic clamping and feeding mechanism, it achieves high-precision welding and stable feeding . An integrated automatic milling unit precisely removes welding burrs, ensuring a smooth surface finish. A built-in automatic bottle body correction system allows for flexible production of inner liners of varying lengths. Intelligent process control achieves high standards of welding strength and sealing, making it suitable for efficient and consistent processing of plastic inner liners for Type IV hydrogen storage cylinders.

4. Dedicated curing oven for hydrogen-powered composite materials

Available in a variety of capacities from 6000L to 24000L , featuring modular PID independent temperature control technology. Combined with a zoned automatic heating and cooling system , it achieves precise temperature control. It integrates an automatic pressurization and holding system with an automatic rotation function to ensure uniform curing of the composite material; equipped with a high-precision real-time temperature and pressure monitoring system , it ensures the stability and safety of the curing process, meeting the high-standard curing requirements of large composite material components such as hydrogen energy storage tanks.
